Hello friends and family, near and far,
It is with excitement and joy that we, Sarah Noyce and Ben Hockenbarron, announce the debut of Maroon Bells, our new band. After twelve years of making music together, we're thrilled to begin a new chapter of writing, recording, and live performances, both as a duo and with a backing ensemble.

Lily's Song
Please take a moment to enjoy our first music video: a live performance of Lily's Song, which Sarah wrote to commemorate the early arrival of her beloved daughter, filmed high in the Elk Mountains of Colorado this summer.

Our band takes its name from Colorado's iconic twin peaks: a fitting symbol for a duo built on two distinct voices, a long-standing friendship, and a shared love of making music together. Our songs aim to tell honest human stories, drawing inspiration from musical traditions on both sides of the Atlantic and shaped by the landscapes and people that we love.

P.S. For those of you who love our earlier work with The Infamous Flapjack Affair, including our film Confluence, fear not: IFA lives on and will certainly record and perform again once the toddlers are old enough to schlep our gear between continents.
